I've been writing from as far back as I can remember. I always used it as an outlet to process deep emotional experiences and be fully honest with myself. My mom is an author and studied psychology so you can say the apple didn't fall far from the tree. From a young age we would talk and share things with each other which enabled me to mature, but I also needed a place to clear my mind. We don't have to be alone in what we are going through as every reaction stems from one of the same basic human emotions. I now have a podcast to help navigate romantic relationships, communicate in the way you want to be heard and relate to one another! Writing will always be a part of my life as it flows out of me during tough times, but I always strive for my writings to be a form of self growth through the bad and the good times.
